I am not quite sure what the metal object in the envelope was since he has passed now and would be curious to know. I remember hearing him at a seminar a while back, where he said the way to increase conversions immensely was putting up a phone number on the site instead of the buy button. It's interesting to see that it seems hardly anyone has taken his advice - lexington law got that one right though. Anyway, thanks for the great blog, and the awesome interviews.
